For physical products the following conditions will apply:
Shipping for items ordered on this site is calculated using a fixed price method based on location meaning the actual cost of postage is often reflected in the initial price. We incur most of the actual cost of postage, plus any packaging used.
We do not charge for handling so hopefully this keeps the price as reasonable as possible.
The default shipping methods are "First Class" for the UK and "Airmail Parcel Post" for the rest of the world. Both these services offer speed, reliability and convenience.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days to any destination in the UK and 3 to 10 days anywhere else.
Returned items need to be received by us before your payment can be returned to you. We suggest recorded delivery to make sure this happens!
